Hmm I would assume so but I'd expect that from heat rather than cold. I leave everything damn thing in my car and my glosses usually are fine once they thaw lol!

No the oil in the product has simply coagulated in the cold. This happens to me all the time when I order makeup online and it arrives here to the frozen tundra. Give it time to warm up and then it should be OK.
