Some friend gifted me this neon green plastic crossover bag (it has a gold chain and is really neon but we can't see it well on the photo) but I don't know what to pair nor wear with this flashy item, can you help me please?

My friend has a bag that's a similar color to the picture. She wears it with any outfit that's mostly white/gray/black, so it doesn't clash and adds a bit of color. It's also very nice with pastel dresses in spring, very seasonal.
