How's your nutrition intake? The only time I find myself losing a lot of hair is when I'm not eating enough. Stress can also be a factor.

Yep your hair, skin, and nails are quick to show signs that your body isn't as healthy as it should be. You might want to consider seeing a doctor if it doesn't improve. A dietitian might be helpful to see as well if it's related to your food intake. :)

I agree with both @Nina and @Shanae :) Nutrition has a lot to do with healthy hair, and if you are losing more hair than usual go see your doctor! To have healthy, strong hair you need to be healthy! :)

I think you should see a doctor and a dermatologist for your hair, my sister started losing a lot of hair and the dermatologist gave her a shampoo to use that's designed for her condition and he also gave her some drops, they worked really well.
