I have used it. it does seem to dry out pretty quick. I didn't repurchase. I would suggest storing it upside down, so maybe the product will hopefully flow into the tip.

I had kinda the same problem... But mine lasted longer than yours did. I really liked the liner but I didn't like the shiny finish it gave me so I use Kat Von D's and I love it 😍. It last me about 4 months and it looks super black, last from 5:30 am to when I take it off at night! It really is my holy grail of liners.

I have the dolly wink eyeliner - which is a pencil just like stila... I always place it upside down because otherwise it could dry out so to be sure that wouldn't happen I decided to do that and the eyeliner is amazing. =)

Hmmm thats weird. I personally don't like using pen liners, I feel like they dry out so fast!
I use a Stila eyeliner, but the one that uses a brush thats dipped in. Its super budge proof especially for my oily lids.

I also have the Kat Von D liner..I am not a fan of it, however on the box it came in it suggested to store it with the tip facing down.. So maybe the Stila one is the same!

With pen liners I go the drugstore route because I hate spending money on a $30 pen only for it to dry out. I get Essence brand from ULTA. $2.99 and no dent in my pocket and I usually get about 25 uses out of it before it dries up.

Also storing any pen liquid pencil with brush tip down in a cup also extends its life as well.

That's so weird! definitely take it back to your sephora and exchange/return it. A lot of people come in because of broken/ wonky applicators but I've never heard of it drying out! I would try the Kat von d liquid liner if you're ever looking for black.. It's beautiful and goes on truly flawless!
