A smokey eye is one color, darkest on the lid and fades as it goes up into the crease and beyond. You could use any color, basically (:

Jaclyn Hill has a great tutorial on YouTube using the Electric palette (similar colors). It's not what I'd technically call a smokey eye but it's a great look!

You could use a black cream base and then top it with a purple of your choice!

It's dark fades to light (from fire to smoke) you pretty much already have the set up on your palette each darker color has a lighter one next to it from what I can see in your picture. :)
