I think it takes a master to pull it off. I mean, it really is cute but it would need a perfect outfit, ( that sweater in the pic is not quite workin) also I think it really helps that the girl has highlights. Heavy makeup seems a must, so you don't look like a child. I think you should try it and post a pic. I'd love to see.

It's a really hard style to pull off but I've seen it work on a bunch of people before

It doesn't suit her because she looks too old that it ends up awkward plus that hair color isn't the best for it imo

I personally am not a fan of the style. It looks cute for kids and people dressing up like kids, but not a normal hairstyle for teens/adults. But to each their own, I'm not going to put down anyone for wearing it. I mean some people love Lolita, and some don't. That's just me :)
