For purple shampoo I like John Frieda and for intense damage reversal I cannot say enough about how well Joico reconstructor followed by their moisture treatment has brought my hair from the brink of death lol:)

Uh oh thanks Hailey P. I hadn't noticed it doing any damage but I think I'll switch. Better safe than sorry when it comes to the health of your hair!
