Oh wait the picture was out of focus and I thought it was all metal. now it's focused haha, sorry about that! I don't know what it's for though :/ I have the same brush.

Hmm that's an odd brush, I don't know what that could be used for. Is it thin, and stiff? Can you post a picture of the side profile? sorry haha.

Yeah probably to buff in concealer like Alex suggsted.

You could use it fir precise contouring, like the nose. :)
