How can I make my hair longer? What will make my hair grow? I need help.

There's no miracle product or technique to make hair grow faster as hair growth is based on genetics, however there are things you can do to help promote hair growth.

-use sulphate free shampoos
-use a hair mask at least once a week
-never brush hair when wet
-use as little heat as possible
-use a heat protectant when you do use heat
-get regular trims
-make sure your ponytails/buns aren't too tight
-drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well

Please do NOT take any kinds of pills, including Biotin, Hairfinity, or any other hair, skin, and nail pis, unless you consult a doctor first. Taking supplements without a deficiency can cause serious healthy problems.

You can find hair masks at any drugstore or beauty supply store, just follow the instructions. Essentially you just apply it to the ends of your hair, leave it in for however long the directions specify, and rinse thoroughly. It helps add moisture to your hair.

Thats sounds nice I will need to try it...but what's the best mask for hair you got any names? Is that here in Puerto Rico is realy hard to find stuff like that.

I suggest Organix Macadamia Oil Mask but I don't know if it's available in Puerto Rico.

You can use coconut oil as a hair mask too. Tea tree oil works goes too.
