Bleach makes hair blonder! But as your hair is pretty light you might be able to use a box colour, I'm not a professional hair dresser so I'm not sure so I'd advice to go speak to a hairdresser ☺️ also highlights might be a good idea! ☺️

You'd have to bleach it. Personally, I think a dark brown would suit you better.

If you really want to go blonder, the only sure fire way is with bleach. Just got a good treatment for hair and make sure to use something to repair and hydrate your hair afterward or/and a good mask :)

You're right, If you bleach it, you'll probably have to cut them off.
