How long do you use the cleansers for? If you're just bouncing around constantly then you're not going to get any results.

That was going to be my first question ^^

Well then I would suggest Noxzema, it's a cream cleanser that comes in a tub. I have oily skin and it makes my skin feel really clean and doesn't irritate it or cause an overproduction of oils.

I really recommend the lancome clarifying cream to foam cleanser it leaves a squeaky clean feel without over drying :-)

Dermalogica has been great for my oily acne prone skin. If you have an Ulta near you, they have someone (can't remember how to spell their title, lol) who can help you find the right products and get the blackheads cleaned out.

I used to have tons of blackheads when I used the cetaphil cleanser on its own. in addition to exfoliating, the only other thing that worked for me was to double cleanse--first with an oil-based cleanser, and then with a gentle cleanser (like cetaphil, or shiseido's foaming cleanser or philosophy's purity if you want to try something new). Doing this made my skin less oily without relying on harsh cleansers. I've found that using a gentle cleanser alone wouldn't cleanse my skin thoroughly, and using a harsh cleanser alone would make my skin irritated or oilier.
