Most dark browns are the exact same as chocolate brown. I don't believe it'll say chocolate brown on the box, chocolate is just the way of describing the color.

Okay, I'm from San Diego and I've seen the dyes that Shanae has pictured EVERYWHERE. You just looking for a chocolate brown and the box will describe it as either "chocolate", "deep", or "dark" brown.

Go to sallys. I know they have at least 5 sallys beauty supplys in San diego. It's at any beauty supply store.

That specific dye is a European product, I don't think it's available in the US.
