Steps:
Find a brow pencil and eyeshadow that matches your hair color.
Line the top and bottom of the brows with the liner into the shape you'd like them, and fill them in with an angled brush with the eyeshadow you have.
After that, use concealer to outline the eyebrows (I reccommend Maybelline DreamLumi Touch Highlighting Concealer) and blend in nicely, I use a q-tip.
A lot of people say to use white eyeshadow, but that tends to leave sparkles and can leave your browbone with an ugly greenish tone by the end of the day. c:

Okay, to me if you want to achieve that particular shape you're going to need to take a tiny bit more off the top of the front of your brow, just because I could see that throwing the shape you're wanting off a little. What I would do is draw a lime from the bottom of the front of the brow (lightly) and bring it up like you were drawing a line to your arch, after that you can draw the arch to be a little higher on the top and fill in the tail. The bottom lining I think is most important for this particular shape. I wish I could find a pictorial for what I'm trying to say lol 🙈
