So I've had quite a few hair colors, I had fire engine red, purple, blue, and so on. I managed to get VERY red hair without bleaching but my hair isn't in it's super healthy days anymore.
I actually planned on going into the process of getting white hair, and this will take bleaching. My hair is a darker brown right now so it will most likely take two bleaching sessions.
I was wondering, does anyone have any tips for me to get healthier hair beforehand, and how to maintain the white hair after it's done? ❤️

You should cut down on how much styling you do to your hair. The reason your hair is falling out is because your literally killing it. Now, I don't mean you can't do anything to your damaged hair. When you do use heat or blow dry, use a heat protectant before styling. When blow drying, try using the lowest setting or the cool button. I don't feel like it is necessary to blow dry every time you shower. If you're staying home, let it naturally air dry. What kind of shampoo and conditioner do you use? I use Moroccan Aragon Oil 360 Moisture from Avon. It has made a HUGE difference in my hair, and I rarely use heat. I also use One n' Only Aragon Oil Leave-In Conditioner. You can get this at Sally Hanson. It's one of their cheapest, I believe, yet it is so amazing! I just ran out and I can feel the difference without it. I find that if you wring out your hair before conditioning, it helps dramatically! Leave every product you use in the shower in you hair for about ten minutes to get the best results. To have your hair look healthier and shine, try rinsing with, as cold as you can handle, cold water. This stops frizz and makes your hair silkily shine! I go back to you saying that your hair falls out. Mine used to a lot and I had to empty my brush nearly every day. Would you run a brush through a piece of silk? No, that would be ridiculous, right? Visually, as your hair is wet, it relates to silk. Let it dry, or I find it better to just allow it to become damp. That where the One n' Only Leave-In Conditioner locks in the moisture. If you have to brush it or you're in a hurry, use a wide tooth comb! A brush damages your hair when it is wet. If your hair is just so damaged and you need some more help, there are pills out there. I would recommend a Hair, Skin, and Nails Vitamin. The most important solution for every problem in the world is water! I was never one to just be satisfied with water, and I'll admit, I'm still not. But, with multiple health problems, it has helped me well. The average person is supposed to drink eight glasses of water a day! That's insane to me. I recommend, and going to do, is get a refillable bottle. I'm going to make lines and put a time on each line of when that much needs to be finished. I hope this helps!

Aw thank you so much guys, and Angeliana, my hair doesn't fall out that much but I do have a lot of split ends. Thank you so much for giving me all that information, and I actually do take biotin and other vitamins daily. I don't dye my hair as often as I used to, but I am only 14 and I wanted to try something new with my hair as I've had brown hair for a while now.

Also, I really only drink water and coffee/tea, no pops or energy drinks like I used to.

The night before you bleach your hair out coconut oil in it and leave it in while bleaching. Also try not to wash your hair for a few days before bleaching.

Nothing helps the damage it just masks the damage the hair on your hair is not alive with no blood stream or living cells so one you damage it's what It is until you trim it little by little the reason it seems like hair may get better is because when we cut it by years time the roots (the healthiest part of you hair) is reaching down your hair, I strongly suggest you don't bleach your hair I hate seeing people with fried hair, there's always extensions if you want to do a dark brown and a white or at most a section of your hair bleached, make sure you keep your hair as short as possible if you are bleaching damaged hair should always be short so the new hair can reach the bottom and your hair can appear better.
