Squats, lunges and idk how you spell it but the move ballet dancers do. It will give them tone and definition. My daughters ballet teach is tiny but has amazing legs ... So dancer moves.

For Thicker Legs you would need to gain mass (or fat but I personally rather mass). It's even harder than to loose weight you need to eat accordingly, with lots of protein and do weight lifts on machines or even home

Use the calf machines too, can do a sets with your toes pointing in different directions to hit different parts of the muscle

Don't solely work out your legs, or you will grow larger muscles as a result. Make sure to mix it up :)

i definetly know squats wont just give you thicker legs but also a bigger butt. thats what my gym teacher always told me:)

Lunges, squats, and leg presses with weights is even better. I jump rope too just to tone my calves and thighs out.
