When I say glitter I mean like little pots of glitter or liquid glitter liner.

Well here I made a smokey eye then put a sparkly shadow in my inner corner. There has been debate I guess you could say, as to whether or not. it is actually a smokey eye, but all I am going to say is, that is what I first created then I just added the sparkle later.

I did this yesterday, actually. I did a smokey eye like normal and then took a black glitter liner and applied it to my lids, tapping as I went so that it looked more cohesive.
