I HIGHLY recommend the Lorac Pro Palettes, they are my Holy Grail palettes. They're perfectly pigmented and blend like a dream. Both palettes have one row of matte shades and one row of shimmer shades but the first palette is warm toned and the second is cool toned.

I also suggest Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer, NYX HD Concealer, NYX Matte Lipsticks, and Lorac Alter Ego Lipsticks.
