You would have to exaggerate the shape of your brows with a brow pencil as your brows are more rounded. So make the shape you want with the brow pencil then fill in with powder.

It won't look exactly like the picture you posted unless you want to take the time to grow them out and reshape them. As of right now though, you can use a brow pencil to line the shape of your brows and a dark powder (eyeshadow will do) to fill them in and soften the look. Hope this helped!

What do I tell my hairdresser next time I get my eyebrows done so they're not rounded?

I personally believe the way your brows are naturally suit you best. Brow shapes are not one for alls haha.

What I do for mine is:
1. Take your tweezers or a bobbypin and put it at base of your nose. Then put it up to the beginning of your eyebrow and mark the spot where it lines up.
2.put your tweezers on an angle to that it goes to the middle of your brow. Mark that spot. This will be your arch.
3.put your tweezers on...a 45degree angle? ((Pretty sure)) and mark that spot. That is where your brow will end.
4.Pluck the extra hairs where you have marked and then your done!
Hope this helped.
I'm sorry I'm not that good at explaining

Follow these guys advice, but probably grow them out first and then tweeze/cut them to the shape you want. I use a small blade to shape mine, I don't want to tweeze because the hair gets thinner and thinner and eventually one day you won't have any eyebrows if you aren't careful! :) with cutting they always grow back!
