Are you using color protectant shampoo and conditioner? if not you definitely need to! also, avoid heat as much as possible but when you do use it, use a heat protectant.

I think that is way too hot to be on your hair. If it needs to be that hot to straighten it, then it's a sign of severe damage. Your best route is to inspect your hair shaft and see if it's split or burned, and if it's not resolved with some hydrating or protein masks, you may want to cut some of it off.
Also, a color safe shampoo may help with the fading, and touch ups may be needed every few weeks or so.

Firstly I would encourage you to spell properly and to use punctuation so that we can understand what you're asking.

Although I agree that proper spelling and grammar should be encouraged when posting, you didn't have to be so rude about it. I understood exactly what she wrote and apparently others did as well, all I'm saying is that was extremely unnecessary.

I would suggest you stop using all heat (flat iron, hair dryer, curling iron, etc) and focus on getting your hair healthy.
Use a color safe shampoo and conditioner if your hair is dyed.
Use a hair mask at least once a week.
Never brush your hair when it's wet.
Make sure your ponytails and buns aren't too tight.
You definitely need to get your hair trimmed as the ends are probably completely damaged and leaving them there will cause the breakage to continue up the hair shaft.
Drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well.
Once your hair is healthier you can go back to using heat but make sure you use a heat protectant.

I think you should avoid heat at all costs and if you absolutely HAVE to use heat use a good quality protectant and use it at as low of a temperature as possible. Also keep up with your trims and if you can use a hair mask once or twice a week.
