Adding into what "The Beauty Babe B" said, a neutral eye and/or winged liner and mascara with a nude or nude pink lip would look best with your dress.

I love that dress! I think the silver eyeshadow look, I think it's the first image posted, would look fantastic. I a curly updo, maybe some braids in it would look awesome.

I think just a wing and a pinkishnnude lip color would be amazing. It doesn't steal the attention from your dress but still looks beautiful.
