I have thick, blonde, curly, and frizzy hair! It is so hard to control, but one thing I have found affective is blow drying and straightening it. Unfortunately, it has been damaging my hair and making it even worse! Does anyone have any tricks or products that can help heal my disastrous hair?

Start using a heat protectant. Coconut oil repairs damaged hair

I agree with a heat protectant and use a hair mask at least once a week.

Find a PDF of "the curly girl method" online. A bunch of tips for dealing with curly hair and making it pretty and easy rather than a frizzy mess. If you can comfortably wear it curly sometimes you'll cut damage - plus it's super nice to not have to worry about rain, humidity, etc.ruining your hair :)

Yep, heat protectant and coconut oil. I have very thick, coarse hair, and those two combined have really helped.
