For my school trip, they said to bring an outfit/costume to look like an 80's rocker. Can any one help me with hair, makeup, and ESPECIALLY the outfit?? Please!

For hair, the easiest and most fun I have with 80s style themes is teased up and combed or put in a ponytail to one side. I have super curly hair so the teasing is easy. After that you can comb it onto one side or put half of it into a ponytail and flip it to the opposite side to get that big crazy volume! :)

Also, for the outfit, you can always cut the neckline of a big t-shirt to make it an off the shoulder and wear it over a tanktop, with bright/neon leggings, leg warmers, and converse! Also for accessories a lot of neon and bright bracelets and necklaces. Maybe even add a random belt to the outfit too :)

Well there is the valley girl look (neons, bubblegum, PINK, teased hair) which is the stereotypical 80's thing, but since you said rocker chick I'd say look at 80's stuff then punk it with red, black and, leather. Maddona, and Joan Jett are great to look at for inspiration like Jacqlyn W. said.

I feel like people didn't wear as much neon as everyone would like to think lol that's an overrated 80's look I'd do something like Jacqlyn suggested
