Yes it looks like turquoise with enchanted forest. I had this combination on my hair a year ago and it looked just like the pictures. :)

Just take a small amount of the turquoise with more of enchanted forest. it also washes out to a nice light turquoise coulour.

Manic panic colors are actually quite good at mixing and giving you the color you want and I was planning on doing a test strip.

I think that both pictures are photoshopped. The first one is done really poorly, you can see the blue color at the base of her neck near the ponytail. The second one is more convincing but at the bottom the the braid the entire area is light blue, which is really suspicious. Manic panic mixes really well though, so I guess you could try that. I follow a girl named xoe on Instagram (bluehairdontcare_) and her bangs are a similar shade of turquoise. She posted a picture of the dyes she uses- the ion color brilliance ones. I would check that out for a more authentic model.
