I have really long, thick hair and a really dry scalp! Plus, my hairs brown so you can see the White flakes really easily. I get my hair trimmed often, I take good care of it with heat protectant etc, I never use hairspray, I've tried hair masks, loads of different shampoo's, I've even been to the doctors and tried many medicated shampoo's! I used to wash my hair every other day but now I HAVE to wash it everyday or I'll have a head full of dandruff! What else can I try? I can't not wash my hair so often either, it makes me self conscious knowing it's there.

I made a post about my secret to dandruff but it went unread like all of my other posts recently. Anyways, slap some aloe vera gel on your scalp and leave it on for about an hour and then wash your hair per usual. If you have dandruff shampoo, I suggest not using it.
