I bought some ardell full falsies and duo lash glue I've never applied fake lashes before so any tips are very appreciated.

Make sure the lashes fit your eye before adding glue and trying to apply them. If they don't fit then trim a little bit at a time.
Apply a thin layer of glue and wait until it gets tacky. If you don't wait for the glue to get tacky then they're just going to slip and slide all over your eye.
Place the middle down first as close to the lash line as possible and then tuck in the corners. Press the band down gently with your finger or the end of your tweezers/lash tool.

Need a lot of practice and some tweezers would help in the application, I still struggle when I want to wear them but I hardly do, I just use them for special occasions.

Do I put them on after I've finished my eye makeup?

Yes, you put them on after all your eyeshadow and liner is done (:

I apply mine with tweezers, then press the outer and inner corner in with my tweezers. I then press the lashes at both ends. You'll like, feel when they are set and ready. It definitely takes getting used to.
