Or if you don't want to cut much just cut it all straight no layers. Or maybe some long layers once you cut.?

Try cutting everything including the layers a tad shorter and maybe use a better shampoo and conditioner if youre looking to get some more strength back in it :)

For restoring your hair, try to get a sulfate free shampoo, the sulfate weakens your hair and makes it more prone to breakage.

100% I agree with kat^ my mom told me about that a longgg time ago and the brand "yes to" has quite a few moisturizing options that have almost all natural ingredients and no sulfate :)
