Bad Experiences 😱😡

Recently I was looking into Lime Crime, that's right the online makeup store which has some really bad reviews and a horrible history. I don't know if this is true but can I ask. Has ANYONE had a bad experiences with Lime Crime or even a favorite makeup brand of yours!? Mac, Nars, Benefit or anything!! Even Lime Crime!! Let your anger out ladies cause I seriously wanna hear what everyone has to say especially since I'm new to Mac and Benefit :) thanks xxx

I had bad experience with Mac worker. She was super unfriendly and didn't want to help me with my lipstick shade. As a worker at make up artist brand her make up should be great because that is what sells her after all... Her make up was literally melting, the foundation shade was totally wrong and cakey. I never seen such a bad make up! Her lipstick was just toooooo light and that made her look ashy. Just WRONG

I ordered last year and did get my account information stolen. I don't really recommend the because there has been talk of their products being brought from other low end companies and just put their name on it. I did find a liquid lipstick the same as Salem. Personally I'm trying to stay away from Lime Crime. Shop at your own risk. I've only had one problem with one employee at MAC. She was not friendly at all and didn't want to help me at all. I will say to be careful with MAC facial products so many women have told me that they started experiencing skin issues like dark spots.

I don't have any bad experiences w/ Mac online, but in stores is a whole different story. The Mac employees closest to me are so rude and don't even acknowledge me half of the time I'm there, which is unfortunate because I have to go to the Mac 45 minutes away to get some decent service 😒

Definitely MAC. There are nice employees but most of them are very rude, stuck up and treat others like they don't know anything about makeup. They degrade you so quickly and I always walk out of that store feeling so down. I always go to Sephora, best customer service ever. They're always so welcoming, kind, helpful and respectful.

Well where I live it's the opposite lol.
the MAC employees are very nice, helpful & make you feel comfortable.
while the sephora ones aren't, got my foundation shade wrong after two times and was very rude.
only happened once so maybe it was just a bad day for her.
