If you are having trouble with oily hair, though it can be stripping on some hair textures, I would suggest getting a shampoo that has SULFATE...and just get a nice light conditioner along with it

Don't use a moisturizing shampoo
Just use a regular one

I'll try the dry shampoo, I'll look for shampoo with sulfate. And I'll try to get a shampoo that has no moisturizing.

Definitely get a dry shampoo but don't use it all the time, it'll dry your hair out. I suggest Tresseme shampoo and conditioner line. Definitely stay away from the moisturizing things, any added oils, etc. I don't suggest a sulfate shampoo, they aren't good for hair, virgin or colored.

The thing with conditioners and moisturizing shampoos is that they should be used at the bottom of your hair. Not around your scalp. Bc it makes the hair look healthy on the bottom where the natural oils don't really reach. Whereas near your roots you'd end up with oily hair.

Most shampoos will temporarily strip natural oils, that's what they do. Sulfate just isn't good for hair in general.

Don't use a moisturizing shampoo that creates oil. Use a volumizing shampoo only on the top of your scalp then conditioner below.
