OK so I doubt I am the only one on this page but sometimes my makeup is on point but my hair needs a wash. is there something I can use to block the water from ruining my makeup? its really hard to rinse my hair without water running down my face.

Wash it before you do your makeup...

Otherwise, run the bath and bend your head back over the water and use a cloth headband over your forehead. Honestly, it gets humid which will ruin your makeup too.. You're better of doing your makeup after your hair

Maybe if you could get some help washin your hair. put a chair in front of the sink and grab a cup to poor onto your hair. that probably is the best way for you to avoid a mess.

I always do my makeup AFTER my hair if I'm getting ready ready, because the heat from the straightener/wand/whatever always makes me hot lmao and it gets humid and ugh. Sorry for spamming

What I do is I wash my hair and then I do my makeup and when my makeup looks fabulous and I don't want to mess it up I use a dry shampoo for my hair and then I will just wash it the next day or something. I just use a dry shampoo and wash my hair every other day or so. 😀

Madi: huumm I've never used a dry shampoo. that's a great idea though.

Yeah I'm confused on why you don't just shower before you do your makeup.

Your makeup looks good from the day before? You should really be washing it off before going to bed and then again when you wake up.

I agree with Bailee but I feel you sometime I wake up and do my make up but thn I feel my hair greasy. what I do is use a dry shampoo or put it up in a cute bun.

Honestly I've tried washing my hair without trying to mess up my make up and it's such a pain lol, I usually just tilt my head as far back as I can and wash it. But I'd go with bluejays suggestion.

Dry shampoo is an easy fix.

If it's from the previous day, you need to wash it off. If not, then I recommend dry shampoo or just going to the salon and paying $8-$15 for them to wash, dry and style it for you.

You get these things for babies that like clip around the hairline to keep the water from running into the babies eyes. I think you get stretchy ones, but I don't know where you'd get them or how much they cost. I reckon they'd be cheap so it's not a massive loss if it doesn't work but I don't know it's designed for keeping water out of babies eyes.

Please take off your makeup at the end of everyday. I would rather spend another hour doing my makeup than waking up with clogged pores.

Make up after you shower:)

Invest in either a shower head or sink with a sprayer hose, then you can lean over (till you're practically upside down) and wash it. The hose gives you perfect control with where the water goes.

Sometimes after work my makeup looks good & my hair is starting to look greasy & if I'm going not that night & dry shampoo won't cut it you can turn the shower head so it's pointing way down & be very careful or running a bath may be easier so you can just dunk your hair

But I don't understand how you can sleep in makeup & wake up with it looking good lol.
