I recommend always using clean brushes or hands! It's a pain but I find my skins quality improves a lot when I simply keep my brushes clean by giving them a quick stay with a cleanser every day after I use them and a deep good wash every 3 weeks or so!!

Okay so I know you probably don't want to here this but maybe don't wear make up for a few days and wear face masks or something lol hope that helps.

I really liked the Body Shop tea tree line, it helped loads with my acne. As for makeup, I've found that going lighter is better. A decent coverage bb cream like Rimmel will help cover up and even skin tone while letting your skin breathe more than foundation.

Consider purchasing the Aztec Indian Clay Madk from Amazon! It's amazing for deep pore cleansing which in the long term helps your skin from future break outs and any break outs that need to be taken care of.
