I suggest just experimenting with different looks and seeing what you like best. (ex. maybe try bolder eyeshadow looks or lipsticks or try lining your eye a different way)

You should check out Tartes lip surgence. They have diffrent shades and are kind of sheer or can be very pigmented with a few swipes. Or for a drugstore option the Loreal glossy balms are nice they are sheer but give a tint to the lips.
