I think I pale pink eye with soft pink pastel lips. Stay matte. I think black heals would look good! Maybe try curling your hair:) hope I could help:)

Light pink eyeshadow look with soft brown pencil or eyeshadow blended and smudged like eyeliner. Highlight the brow bone with something pearl and shimmery. And add this shimmery pearl shade to the inner part of the eye just to open the whole eye and make the whole eye look brighter! :) add some mascara or fake eyelashes that look natural.
