If you want to really want to see what you'd look like you can get a fake piercing off etsy, a punk edit app, or I've heard there is some trick involving spiral notebooks.

You could also get craft wire and use that to make one and see what it looks like, or use an app. The spiral trick is probably the easiest to get though, I just happened to have craft wire in my craft box lol.
