Good Eyeshadow Primer?

My left eye gets really teary, so I can't always wear winged eyeliner... I was juss wondering if there's any primer that'll maybe keep the eyeliner on longer? or even like a waterproof liner? any help is much appreciated :) <3.

The wet n wild mega last liquid liner, smudge proof version, is amaaaaazing. Literally smudge proof, even through a shower. I only wear it when I REALLY need my liner to stay because it's a pain in the ass to take off haha! It's like, super matte though, if you're into that. They have different colors, too.
