You could do some nice loose curls and keep your makeup glowy and simple ( try going through the beautylish photosection) I think pinky/peach colours would look best with your dress. And perhaps some nude flats? Or heels.

I feel like you need to dress the dress up a bit more, it seems kind of casual in my opinion and you don't want to feel under dressed. I would stay away from flats and do silver, sparkly heels.

You should definetly match your nails to your dress. I think these are PERFECT. They have a very "starry night" vibe to me and I think adding silver rhinestones to them if you have them would be perfect <3 xx

A nude lip instead if you're not feeling brave enough. Some might say nude lips are better with dramatic eyes anyways. xx
