So I'm going to a very formal sweet sixteen party. I have no idea what to look for. I want an elegant, DECENT dress. Really long, with sleeves, no back showing or shoulders, and a high neck line. I'm thinking maybe a peach or champaign color :) pictures GREATLY appreciated, and maybe prices too, low budget. THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOO MUCH!!
