I've been using a cocktail of not your mother's leave in conditioner, and a generic keratin leave in conditioner, and it has helped my damaged hair immensely! I swear, I think my hair has gotten TOO soft. I had a clip in the other day and it fell out a million times lol that was never a problem before.

The very best thing for damage hair - in my oppinion - is the Revlon Extreme series (Blue series) it was made to restore damagde hair. Nothing will bring it back to its original state, but it can help :)

A few things which have REALLY helped my frizzy/dry hair:
1. A olive oil and honey hair mask (you can make it at home). Leave it on for an hour before you wash it off.
2. Sulfate free shampoos (they don't strip your hair of their natural oils— which is ideal for dry hair).
3. Argan oil (I use some of it on my hair as a leave in hair product once I've washes my hair). If you apply it while your hair is still slightly wet, then it won't make your hair greasy. It will only help you in attaining glossy and soft hair.
