I have only ever used liquid foundation. But my sister has always used powder. Will one have better coverage than the other? What are the main Pros And Cons of liquid and powder. I'm trying to decide what is best for my skin. How do you decide?

I use a liquid foundation and then a powder over it to set the liquid. It's honestly opinionated on which is best.

What is your skin type?
I personally don't like powder foundation
I love liquid foundation, has more coverage.

I have oily skin and I find that powder foundation just becomes really cakey and gross looking when it comes into contact with my skin's oils throughout the day.
I use liquid foundations that don't break down from my skin's oils and set it with my MAC Blot Powder. I haven't had any issues that I had with powder foundation with liquids (:

Oh okay thanks! I don't have very oily skin. But what is the best powder to use on liquid foundation? I would preferably want it to be from the drugstore.

Stay matte by rimmel.

Liquid has more coverage, although powder foundations do even out skin nicely. I like both. I like powder or be cream for everyday type of makeup

I wouldn't suggest using a powdered foundation on top of liquid, I personally like translucent powder (I use NYX HD powder)

I prefer liquid foundations. I feel like it gives more coverage since I do have acne prone skin. I then set my foundation with the nars pressed powder.

I personally prefer to use liquid foundation and then set it with powder as it creates an amazing look, however I think you should try both out and see what suits your skin better! However the liquid would defiantly have more coverage as the powder tends to look very cakey sometimes.
