Okay, well one thing that can cause foundation to turn orange is when too much of the pH in your skin's oils mix in with the pigments of your foundation. One way to go about fixing this is using a primer; however, seeing as you do, that may not be the issue. One thing you may want to check is that you are using the correct shade of foundation, the only way to get a perfect match is to know your undertone and then stripe test to find which foundation blends in flawlessly looking exactly like the skin untouched (but of course smooth, without redness, etc...). For more knowledge on undertones and such I recommend asking Alma or Jackie, they could give you all the information you need to assess yourself.
