Are those defanging hair brushes that are like and ovaly kind of shape any good? Recently my hairs getting more and more knots and since it's curly it's hair to brush them out. If you have any brush suggestions that work well for detangling and aren't to expensive then I'd love to hear them!

The Wet Brush used gently in conjunction with It's A 10 or Pravana Leave in conditioner will do the trick. I'd also carefully blot my hair with a towel to reduce the risk of more tangles.

I've never tried them. I'm really happy with my Denman detangling brush. I have a small 5-row like this one. It worked really great when I had kinky curls permed, it helps with the "bounciness" :)

I have found that detangling with either a wide toothed comb , or my fingers works best , also, I agree with Breeze, denman brushes are very good as well! You can find them at Almaty any local Walgreens, Sally's ect.

I'm bad and use a similar brush to the one above but from the dollar store 😜 I only brush my hair though if I have conditioner sitting in it and when I'm done curl my ends with my finger to inspire curl and not friziness. Works well with my Shea moisture products!!
