So I had microdermabrasion and a chemical peel this afternoon and I was wondering if I should do my regular night time skin care routine or just let my skin be? Thanks in advance!

I'd do your normal routine, but a VERY light version of it to avoid irritation. also, I wouldn't use any heavy night moisturizers. I'd use a lighter one instead, but make sure it doesn't have SPF.

I'm an esthetician. You can continue with your routine but Do NOT exfoliate for atleast 2 weeks.
