I wash my face and mouisterize everyday but I still seem to have a problem with blackheads, especially on my nose and chin. Any suggestions on how to get rid of them?

Try a blackhead exfoliator and a charcoal mask (I highly suggest the Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask) and also a blackhead extractor tool, I got one from Avon (:
