We have to wear white but I don't know what jacket and shoes to wear. it's about 25° here on average.

Although I agree with Adri, I think it all depends on your style. If your into a sweet, girly look, try a pastel jacket, or if you're a sophisticated kind of girl, a stylish ADD coat might be what you want. With any of these things you can pair a simple pair of heels and a touch of makeup will savvy up that dress.
