You can use any reddish brown matte shade for the lid color and the color on the lash line is just black (:

You can try a brown or burgundy nyx jumbo pencil as a base and then put the opposite color shadow on top!

Mac's Deep Damson is very similar to that Brown shade (which is from Mrlt Cosmetic's Dark Matter stack in the color Enigma)

I would personally use a brown shade that has a dominant red hue in the shadow. To use it I'll use a brown cream eyeshadow as my base and blend that out into the crease. then blend the brown red eyeshadow on top.

I would get the Sonia kashuk eye on neutral matte eyeshadow palette. It's cheap and you could easily achieve this look with it.

You could even pack more on the lid to get it darker I would think or use a brown colored base... I'm not a fan of cream bases so I just use primer
