Hair colour ideas! Any suggestions?

My hair is almost a dark-medium ashy brown but can look quite light in some lights. I want a differnt colour on my ends but not sure what would go with this hair colour! Any suggestions/pictures?

Natural, I'd do maybe a caramel color. Unnatural, red for sure.
