Hey I have been wanting to make my hair a few shades closer to white. I have no idea how I am going to do it but the one thing I know is that I don't want to use something very strong such as bleach. do you have any alternatives?

I'd say a 20 vol bleach and developer, however I'm not an expert. The best person to ask would be Shaye, she knows a lot about it.

I have natural dark blonde hair, and when I first colored my hair a very light blonde all I used was ion color brilliance hair color and either 20 or 30 volume developer mixed with it.

I heard if you soak your hair in chamomile tea it lightens your hair (don't wash it out, soak then sit in the sun for a while)
