I recently tried a lip scrub since my lips were terribly dry and cracked. They were so dry that I could hardly open my mouth or they would crack and start bleeding. So, I started looking for a solution and found something that really worked! It's an olive oil and sugar lip scrub, you put one teaspoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of sugar ( I just used regular refined table sugar ) and mix it together. Apply to your lips ( I used a Q-tip but your finger works fine ) and scrub gently. It doesn't heal automatically but I kept doing this every day for about a week and my lips are now super soft and healthy again. Also be sure to keep lips moisturized between scrubs. Anyways, just thought I would share, I hope this helps someone! :)

I use this too, its truly a miracle worker. You can also add cinnamon to the scrub and it plumps up your lips as well :)

Yeah if your lazy rub Vaseline and sugar, or a toothbrush exfoliates well too! Like Ariana said, if you want natural plump lips put Vaseline and cinnamon. It burns but keep it on (only on lips, not skin around it) and you'll see plumper lips.
