You may be dehydrated (lacking water) rather then dry (lacking oil). Dehydrated skin can sometimes produce excess sebum to attempt to compensate for the lack of water. That leads to breakouts. I'd recommend Vichy Normaderm moisturizer along with the Aqualia Thermal serum.
