PLEASE HELP! How to clear up back acne.

I'm really upset due to the fact that I have very red bothered acne popping up on my back more and more each day. Some people suggest that it's from wearing my hair down or wearing tight form clothes but I wear my hair up all the days of week and wear only flowy big clothes. Some of the breakout could be due to the fact that it is exam week and I am nervous yet exhausted. But I am going out with some people on Friday and am wearing a open back shirt and don't want big red visible spots peeking out. Please help. Any suggestions are appreciated!

I have the exact same problem. All that helps mine is washing with an acne body wash (Neutrogena has one and a body spray) and putting on a sulfur mask, while I sleep and under my clothes during the day.

I have tiny back pimples(?) I wonder if it is due to exams are you studying to late and not showering because I guess when you are dirty body acne will show up I suggest using those loofas attached to a stick to scrub your back when you bathe
