I'd keep it light and fresh, personally! I like hardly try for work haha! Red lips are fine, but maybe keep it fresh on the eyes. :) or not. It's personal preference really! For work I just wear bb cream or a powder foundation, lots of mascara, inner corner highlight, brows, blush, and a light pink lipstick :) congrats on your job!

I've been in retail for a while. I would honestly start of with neutral eyes and neutral or pink lips. Some stores prefer toned down makeup so maybe you'll get a better idea when youre doing your training and you'll see how other girls come to work. Good luck!!

I always wonder if I should tone down my makeup for training with a new job, so I'll usually wear my base, do my eyebrows and mascara for the first few days. But I love to wear eyeshadow and bold lips all the time for anything! Haha pretty much you have the job so I say do whatever you want. I usually find that as long as you don't do bold eyes with a bold lip you're good (:

I work in retail and I just do my makeup like I normally would which could be a bold gradient eye, smokey eye, and a light or bold lip.

I'd keep it low maintenance. And that usually means no red lipstick. Only because you don't want to be viewed as someone who's always having to touch up you makeup. And red lipstick has the reputation for needing touch-ups, also no heavy eye liner (always having to check for raccoon eyes) and heavy foundation. You don't want to leave foundation on the phones. Now, you may not have any of these concerns, just something to think about.
